Quality Control Quality Policy Statement: It is the policy of GCP to produce at a quality level that will meet or exceed the constraints under which the contract has been approved or the constraints imposed by the governing bodies. QC is responsible for the following: • Pre and post pour Inspection • Verify Elongation • Recording Air, Slump, Ambient Temp, Concrete Temp, Cylinder Time, and Pour Finish Time of Concrete Placement • Making Cylinders for each Pour • Verifying Specific Gravities each day • Initiating NCRs (if necessary)
• Recording Cambers at release and upon request of contractor • Performing and recording 1, 14, and 28 day cylinder breaks • Performing and recording Surface Resistivity tests and results
