MC 30 VERSATILITY & POWER

The MC 30 is a high performance hydraulic drilling rig , designed for micropiles installation and ground improvement with injection techniques such as jet grouting . The design of the machine incorporates a solid base structure , that includes a variable width undercarriage, offering enhanced load carrying capacity and stability for the most demanding applications. The sturdy base structure allows the installation of long-stroke masts that are suitable for highly productive single-pass micropiles installation methods . The MC 30 can be offered with a wide range of rotary heads and drilling accessories that allow to perform any type of rotary or rotary-percussion drilling methodology. In addition to the traditional micropile setup , the MC 30 can be configured for the construction of cast-in-situ piles using hollow stem continuous flight augers (CFA technology). The rig is also ideally suited for ground consolidation works using jet grouting systems . The machine can be equipped with proportional servo-assisted hydraulic controls or with the Comacchio radio control system which manages all machine functions. Like all Comacchio rigs, the MC 30 can be customized according to specific needs.

La robusta struttura di base che caratterizza la MC 30 è stata studiata per l’installazione di mast con corsa utile maggiorata , che può variare da 13 a 16 m , permettendo così di realizzare perforazioni a elevate profondità in un unico passaggio . La macchina può essere allestita con caricatore aste che permette di incrementare ulteriormente la produttività. In configurazione jet grouting la lunghezza del mast può essere incrementata con l’utilizzo di apposite prolunghe telescopiche che permettono di eseguire trattamenti fino a 33 m di profondità in singolo passaggio . La MC 30 può essere inoltre allestita per la realizzazione di pali gettati in opera con metodo CFA (continuous flight auger). Gli allestimenti possibili prevedono anche la configurazione con doppia testa , che può essere richiesta in condizioni di terreno particolarmente difficili. The sturdy base structure of the MC 30 allows for the installation of long masts with increased feed stroke , ranging from 13 to 16 m (42 ft to 52 ft) , thus allowing drilling at great depths in single pass . The machine can be equipped with a rod loader which allows to further improve productivity. In j et grouting configuration , the length of the mast can be increased with the use of special telescopic extensions , thus allowing to perform jet grouting treatments up to 33 m (108 ft) deep in single pass. The MC 30 can also be set up for the construction of cast-in-situ piles with CFA technology (continuous flight auger) . The possible set-ups of the MC 30 also include the double-head configuration , which is used to tackle difficult ground conditions that require simultaneous drilling and casing.
